Honestly, dancing is something I think everyone should experience at least once in life.

But of course I’m bias because these women don’t only dance together.

They celebrate when someone finally gets a new home.
They support each other through surgeries and hard moments.
They hype up women starting their first business.
They remind each other to keep going.

Somewhere between the choreographies, the laughter, the nerves before filming and the late night talks…
a real sense of belonging is created.

And THAT is why for me it has never only been about steps.

Almost two years ago I started these classes independently - without a dance school, crew or partner behind me.
And now this community has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

Before becoming a mom, my biggest fear was that parenthood would push me out of the dance scene.. people assuming I’d “disappear.” I was terrified all my years of dancing would be forgotten.

But instead of waiting for bookings or for people to assume I’m “too busy,” I took charge of my own path. I launched my concept - no crew, no school, just a vision.

And guess what? The women who aligned with that vision showed up.

Two years later, I’ve built a vibrant community of dancers who keep coming back.

I’ve created a safe space where women grow their confidence and evolve: together.

I still remember, 20 years ago, standing in my first hip-hop crew’s circle ⭕️ where freestyle was mandatory.

Even though I loved choreo, freestyle terrified me. If younger me saw how strong and free I feel freestyling today, she wouldn’t believe it.

Freestyle taught me confidence - not just in dance, but in life. And it made me trust myself - cause I learned how to navigate without a plan and still be.. me.

This video, recorded in a half-abandoned Jamaican hotel, is pure freestyle. When you improvise you meet yourself - beyond boundaries of style or rules.
Trust me, building that free confidence will spill over and open doors in every part of your life. You learn how to trust your intuition through movements.. Read that again.

It is a key reason I invite my women to freestyle in every class. Always new exercises to invite self-exploration, and yes, tears & fears arising is normal, it means you touched outside your comfort zone. That you let yourself become surprised of how unknown your inner self is, & how little you usually listen that voice.

Recording this freestyle in a half-abandoned hotel in Jamaica reminded me: confidence in the unknown is where we grow the most. Love / #Tzer

Even though I loved choreo, freestyle terrified me. If younger me saw how strong and free I feel freestyling today, she wouldn’t believe it.

Freestyle taught me confidence - not just in dance, but in life. And it made me trust myself - cause I learned how to navigate without a plan and still be.. me.

This video, recorded in a half-abandoned Jamaican hotel, is pure freestyle. When you improvise you meet yourself - beyond boundaries of style or rules.
Trust me, building that free confidence will spill over and open doors in every part of your life. You learn how to trust your intuition through movements.. Read that again.

It is a key reason I invite my women to freestyle in every class. Always new exercises to invite self-exploration, and yes, tears & fears arising is normal, it means you touched outside your comfort zone. That you let yourself become surprised of how unknown your inner self is, & how little you usually listen that voice.

Recording this freestyle in a half-abandoned hotel in Jamaica reminded me: confidence in the unknown is where we grow the most. Love / #Tzer

I was done representing other teachers in schools who didn’t see dancing the same way as me, cause for me teaching is sacred. An honorable role going back thousands of years.
